舟山，因桥而生，因桥而盛。2023年是“八八战略”实施20周年。20年来，曾经“四面皆海，非舟楫不能往来”，经济生产总值仅占全省2%的舟山，一跃成为14项经济指标中7项增速全省第一的共同富裕示范区先行市，舟山实现了小岛时代、大桥时代到新区时代的伟大飞跃。
